Our institute will be managed by some paid scientists who will depend on the board or directors composed of consciencious and competent men and women. Most of the teachers will be some technicians who master breeding and agricultural education with its problems in the country. As far as young education and insertion are concerned, the center will collaborate with the Ivorian Agricultual Chamber and also the different professionnal and agricultural organisations. Moreover the center will dispose of a permanent Assistant cell which vocation will be to help the students from the center to settle. And also a club of senior pupils to always assist them in facing market challenges. That will in a nutshell perpetuate the project.
