As far as the ways of checking and indicators are concerned
Procedures and evaluations to be settled. Such an approach is provided for these project evaluations :

-         an evaluation during the execution of the project must be done each three years in order to analyse its execution. It will be a self-evaluation with the collaboration of some outsiders.

-        An other evaluation at the end in order to find out the actual impact of the project on the beneficiaries. It will be an outsiding one executated by the project finances.

• Concerning the project following-up and execution

The persons in charge of the project will produce some activity reports in order to get the financial bakers informed about its progress.

These activity reports will be done each six months in order to follow up the execution of the project and will also include the financial and technical reports related to each step.
