In today’s celebration, we faithfully recall the memory of “those who have gone before us in the Family of St. Dominic and who offer us an example by their way of life, fellowship by their communion, and help by their intercession,” so that “we may be encouraged to imitate them and be strengthened in the spirit of our vocation” (cf. LCO 16 and 67).
