Pope Francis has confirmed more members and substitutes for the Fourteenth Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops, which will take place from October 4-25, 2015, under the theme The vocation and mission of the family in the Church and in the contemporary world.
Among those who have been elected by approved organizations and ratified by the Holy Father are:
Fr. Bruno Cador, O.P., Master of the Order of Preachers (Dominicans) in the group representing the Union of Superiors General.
Bishop Jean-Paul Vesco, O.P., Diocese of Oran, Algeria representing the Episcopal Conferences of North Africa (C.E.R.N.A.):
We wish them the unction of the Holy Spirit in their preparations and deliberations.
