Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Someone asked me, what are the Dominicans doing in the time of the COVID 19 pandemic? Our communion in prayer for healing and conversion is our most important work. Our collective effort to prevent viral transmission is also an important ethical obligation. Added to these are creative ways to show care and compassion in these trying times. The Dominican family justice and peace promoters in one country are providing supplies and other forms of support to healthcare workers (e.g. 3d printed face shields and other personal protective equipment).

As we prepare to celebrate the Easter Triduum, we offer you a partial list of helpful resources from our brothers and sisters all over the world:

During this time of Covid 19 when the whole world is lock-down but to promote the “creativity of love” with humanity we are Kneel-down by our communion prayers and in some areas busy helping people giving food and daily necessities.
